Herbed Salami

Herbed Salami with Hum­boldt Fog Cheese

I love to pair these two unique items together for a salty, creamy and savory snack. If you notice in the mid­dle of the dish I arranged a few rolled up slices of the herbed salami, I put a lit­tle taste of the Hum­boldt Fog inside to make a lit­tle present for my mouth. And then I wash this yum­mi­ness down with a lovely glass of chardon­nay.

    1. Chocolate.…..mmmm
    2. Pro­tec­tive Shell.…If i han­dle M&M’s my hands dont smell like choco­late (totally ok if they did), but the herbed salami…? Cant say the same.
    3. I can leave Pret­zel M&M’s out for 6–9 months.…they still be delicious…Herbed Salami…well it would go well with green eggs, cause it would be moldy!!
    4. Veg­ans love M&M’s and they cause no suf­fer­ing to pigs.…poor.…poor pigs…*sniffle
    5. The 5 sec­ond rule totally applies to M&M’s, maybe even 5 minute rule!! If i drop the herbed salami on my floor, I wont know whats herb and what is lint or other debris when i pick it up.…its the offi­cial “NO SECOND RULE” food.
