I was traveling with my family in the south of France and we stumbled upon a treasure of a restaurant in Gourdon. The name is quite fitting, Le Nid d’ Aigle(eagles nest), since it is perched up high on the edge of a cliff.
I love bread. I love to bake bread, I love to eat bread, I love my bread with organic olive oil, roasted garlic, paper-thin slices of San Daniele prosciutto, home grown garden tomatoes and a glass of organic wine. I think you get the point, I really enjoy bread. To Italians Continue reading
